Vacation/Seasonal Plan (Cable and/or High Speed Internet service)
- $15.95 one-time fee.
- Equipment stays in your home while you're away.
- Normal monthly billing for your cable and Road Runner High Speed Online services will stop on the disconnect date you request and resume on return date given.
- No reconnection charge upon your return.
Vacation/Seasonal Plan Plus (Digital Phone)
- Available with the Vacation / Seasonal Plan for an additional $9.95 per month to Digital Phone subscribers.
- $15.95 one-time fee (in addition to any other Vacation/Seasonal Plan fees).
- Your home phone number will remain yours while you are away.
- Have all of your services waiting for your return with no reconnection fee.
Participation in Vacation/Seasonal Plans is available as follows:
- Once in a 12-month period.
- For no less than three months and no more than nine months.
- As long as your residence remains unoccupied while the plan is in effect.
- Once outstanding amounts on your present balance are paid in full.
Note: The Bright House Networks Vacation/Seasonal Plan and Vacation/Seasonal Plan Plus programs are not transferable. Other rules and restrictions may apply. A fee of $0.05 per minute will be charged for any calls placed while your Digital Phone is on the Vacation/Seasonal Plan Plus. Taxes and franchise fees may apply.
Attention EarthLink High Speed Internet Customers:
- If you are an EarthLink High Speed Internet customer and you also subscribe to Bright House Networks cable service, you can keep your cable modem while you're away.
- Please note: In order to maintain your email addresses and account while you are on Bright House Networks Vacation/Seasonal Plan or Vacation/Seasonal Plan Plus, you will need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to establish a dial-up account to use until you return.
